Amateur sports events are a big part of life here in the Annapolis Valley and each week K-Rock will salute one of our local sports stars with the
K-Rock Athlete of the Week.

Whether it’s one of your kids … a teammate, or a member of a team you coach,
show your support for amateur sports.

  We'll announce our selection each Monday at 5pm and promote the Athlete of the Week until the following Monday.
